NUMBERS & FRIENDS (2013)

We are thrilled to announce that Alexander Carson’s new film Numbers & Friends (forthcoming, 2013) has been granted support from the Toronto Arts Council to ensure its swift completion! Produced with a similar process-based methodology as his 2011 film “We Refuse To Be Cold”, this project re-teams many familiar collaborators, including Atli Bollason and Benjamin Carson as performers, with Kyle Thomas and Zachary Cox designing the soundscape and the look, respectively. This is a film about sports, fantasy sports, North America, and the hearts of men. United as mixed media collage, portions of the film have been shot in Detroit, Toronto, Berlin, Ottawa, and rural Quebec over the past year. Trailer coming soon!
