BRAIDS TRAILER NOW ONLINE

Here is the trailer for Alexander Carson’s new film Braids, currently in post- production at NCC. Featuring the stunning cinematography of Joseph Baron and dynamic performances by a terrific ensemble cast, Braids was filmed in the gritty and lush alleys of the St-Henri neighbourhood in Montreal in September of 2011. Building upon the personal and confessional storytelling developed in Sandy’s recent films “We Refuse To Be Cold” (2011), and “Last Communication With Laura” (2009), Braids weaves a rich and poetic narrative about friendship and family, love and betrayal.

Braids was produced by Alexander Carson, Kyle Thomas, and Stuart Clarence Wiber. It is currently scheduled for festival release in the fall of 2012.
