NOT FAR FROM THE ABATTOIR

NFFTA is a new short film by Kyle Thomas now in pre-production at NCC. A departure from Kyle’s more stylized work, this story is a personal drama about life in small town Alberta. The film is being produced with the support of the Alberta Foundation for the Arts, and will re-team with NCC’s Sandy Carson as cinematographer, and Sara Corry as Production Manager, after such successful collaboration on Kyle’s previous film, The Liminal State of Decay (2010). We’re also very pleased to welcome longtime NCC friend and colleague Cameron Macgowan to the project as Producer. Not Far From The Abattoir is currently warming up to shoot in early November across central Alberta. More news about this project soon.
