A gritty and nightmarish portrait of mental illness, HARLOT 428 was created in a process of spontaneous combustion between Mandy Stobo, Kris Demeanor, Russell Broom, and NCC filmmaker Kyle Thomas on a dark weekend in December 2010. ]]> We’re pleased to announce that Kyle’s recently completed experimental film Harlot 428 will be premiering at Calgary’s $100 Film Festival at the Plaza Theatre on Thursday March 3, 2011 @ 7pm. Re-teaming with Mandy Stobo and Kris Demeanor, stars of NCC’s forthcoming film Not Far From The Abattoir, this Super 8 film portrays the psychotic nightmare of the woman who lives behind door 428… enough said.
